This is a workmanship warranty only.
This warranty protects your installation for a period of one year from the completion date of our work against defects in workmanship only.
This warranty does not cover any damage or defects due to or resulting from weather related occurrences such as freeze damage, excessive water conditions, ground movement, soil erosion, and wind damage, or other damage resulting from any act of God. This warranty does not cover damage that results from work performed by companies other than that of Recreational Installations.
All materials used in your installation are subject to their individual manufacturer’s warranties and are not covered by this warranty; also the manufactures are responsible for material replacement, labor and shipping cost which result from the repair or replacement of their products. All repairs and/or replacement costs, including labor, shall be paid for upfront by the customer while the manufacturer's reimbursement is pending.
